Monday is kicking my ass....

It Monday and I am still sick but thats ok, its almost over. I am in the hacking up green stuff stage, and for me that usually means I am in the home stretch. I am lucky in a sense, one cold for the whole winter not bad.
I have allot of pics from our road trip to Virgina and back in under 2 days but I am not up to doing to much of a write up at them moment so I will give taste of what I have. We left NJ at 0530 in the morning and arrived in VA @1250. 7 hours and 20 minutes, not bad.

-Here is a picture of what NJ looked like on the Turnpike at about 0700hrs on the way there. I will put all the pictures and stories up the next few days. It was an interesting trip and would not mind doing it again.

-We went from winter to summer in just 7 hours. It was freakin 75 in VA, if we had more time I would have loved to have jumped on the beach for a few hours. And I totaly got drivers tan on the way back. I am now lopsided, my left arm is tan from the hand to the elbow but only one sided, yuck. But I guess that will help me fit in at those lovely truck stops we hit haha.

We found my bro-in-law in the swarm of over 5000 other navy ppl. He was happier than a pig in shit to be home and on home ground. I will get more into this post later. But I have to say that the navy women were kinda scary, I would say for every 5 women I found in uniform only one looked decent. I am not saying all navy poon is ugly but the ones I saw were a bit off the mark. But like Doug said, " After a few months those boat googles go on and its all over!"

Here we have Mr. Nono's, Doug fresh from the boat and me with my nipple pointed skully. I look like a gnome haha.

We left VA @ 1500hrs and returned home sweet home NJ @ 2115hrs, 6hours and 15 minutes. WHOOHOO better time :-D

I often have to go to PA from VA to visit my in-laws, it's like going from summer to winter.

I always wanted to join the military, but maybe I didn't b/c I'm too hot!

am_pm: He told me about the tour u gave him of the only 7 star hotel...I am soo jealous haha.

becky: I am with u there, but I think I would look hot as hell in a uniform but that boat has sailed for me. I am almost too old to even try :-P

Hm, I'm glad you're feeling better, even if your a huge bucket of snot. The hacking up stage is the end, you're right. :-) bleh! As long as you don't do that whole "haaaaaaaaarrrrktch* sound. *gag*

Too bad about the navy chickies. You'd think they'd have some knock outs or something! Lmao @ "boat goggles".

Sounds like a great weekend overall and I love beating my own times!

((hugs))
